Joelle Hadley-Alexander

Joelle Hadley is the founder and president of The Culture Coaches and is passionate about creating more positive and productive work places where people love their work and people love their lives.

She is the former publisher of The Phoenix Business Journal. With a Journalism degree from University of Missouri, her media and leadership career includes 21 years of marketing, sales and publishing leadership with American City Business Journals, the nation’s largest publisher of weekly business newspapers.

Joelle was also the face and voice of local business news on the NBC affiliate KPNX and on KTAR news-talk radio. She is an expert in communication and presentation skills, emotional intelligence and personal performance. She is a master certified trainer in Emotional Intelligence from the Institute of Health and Human Potential and is also the Co-founder of The Southwest Institute for Emotional Intelligence. She is a 200YTT certified yoga teacher.

Joelle has inspired thousands of executives across the country with her many keynote speeches and workshops centered on corporate culture, personal excellence, leadership and lifestyle.

Joelle splits her time between Phoenix, Arizona and Telluride, Colorado with her architect-developer husband Ken Alexander. She is a yoga fanatic, an animal lover, loves to cook, loves a good tequila and is always redesigning a room in one of her homes. She enjoys hiking, spin class, diving, sailing and traveling to explore the world around her.
